Return & Refund Policy

Every Preciso piece is made to order. Because each item is created specifically for your selected size and frame, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrect size or option selected at checkout.

Damaged Orders

If your print or frame arrives damaged, email Hello@preciso.art within 72 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the artwork, frame, packaging, shipping label, and a brief description of the damage. If the damage occurred in transit, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Please open your package carefully. Preciso cannot cover damage caused while opening or handling the package, or claims submitted more than 72 hours after delivery.
