Return & Refund Policy 

As all items are custom made upon placing your order, we are not able to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind or wrong size or option chosen.

In the event that a print or frame has been damaged on its way to you, email us at Hello@preciso.art within 24 hours upon receipt of goods so that we can discuss a plan of action. Please include  photographs of the damage, the package and the address label, as well as a clear explanation of what has occurred. We will arrange a replacement if the responsibility is soley with the courier company.

Preciso will not be responsible if the goods were damaged by the client in the process of opening the package, or if the claim is made past the 24 hour period of receiving the goods.

By placing an order with Preciso you are hereby agreeing that you understand and accept all of the above.
